Warranty and Return Policy



Right to Cancel
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have a cooling off period during which you are entitled to cancel your purchase if, for any reason, you decide you no longer want the goods you have purchased at a distance, i.e. via Internet or telephone. This is an additional right and does not affect your statutory right to reject faulty goods. This does not however, apply to products which are made to order or personalised - these cannot be returned unless faulty. Please notify us of your intention to return the goods within the 7-day cooling off period by either telephone: 01803 859034 or e-mail: customerservice@becobabycarrier.co.uk

RETURN PROCEDURE:

New unused items: You can return all products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Just ship your product back to the address below (Attention: RETURNS), along with your original Packing Slip or Sales Receipt and write "RETURN FOR REFUND" on the document. The cost of return shipping fees is the repsonsibility of the customer and for your protection we recommend you use Royal Mail Special Delivery which offers you compensation should a package be lost. The goods remain the consumers’ responsibility until they are confirmed back in stock at Slumber-Roo.


Exchanges of new unused items: You can exchange all products within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping fees both ways are covered by the customer.

Just ship us your product back to the address below (Attention: EXCHANGES), along with your original Packing Slip or Sales Receipt and write 'EXCHANGE' on the document. Please, let us know the name of the product you would like instead and enclose a cheque for £3.50 to cover return postage or alternatively, we can issue a PayPal invoice. We will ship your replacement immediately, presumming it is in stock. If the item is no longer available, we will contact you my e-mail or telephone to offer an alternative print/colour or full refund.


Defective and Flawed items: Beco Baby Carrier warrants the products against defect in material and workmanship. We stand behind our products and will either repair or replace for free products purchase from our authorized retailer during the first year. Proof of purchase necessary.

We apologise if your Beco Carrier has arrived in unsatisfactory condition.

Please contact us at: customerservice@becobabycarrier.co.uk and let us know what is wrong with your Beco Carrier. Once you hear back from us, please follow these instructions:
  • Ship us your Beco Carrier back (we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery with delivery confirmation; return postage charges for defective items will be fully reimbursed.)
  • INCLUDE a copy of an email communication with our Customer Service Department
  • INCLUDE your choice of shipping reimbursement: Cheque or Paypal (INCLUDE your Paypal account)
  • Once we receive your return, we will either repair your Beco Carrier, provide replacement if the fabric is still available or contact you with other options.
  • ALL RETURNS are handled with priority and most of the time a repaired or replacement piece ships back to you within a week of receipt.
